EXPO REAL Asia Pacific 2026 is co-located with World Cities Summit (WCS) and Asia Infrastructure Forum (AIF) for the perfect synergy to fill the gap in Asia Pacific’s urgent urban development progress; via this eco-system of real estate and infrastructure investors and developers.

World Cities Summit (WCS) is an exclusive platform for government leaders and industry experts to address liveable and sustainable city challenges, share integrated urban solutions and forge new partnerships. Jointly organised by Singapore’s Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), key highlights of the Summit include the WCS Mayors Forum, the Lee Kuan Yew World City Prize and the WCS Young Leaders Symposium.

The Asia Infrastructure Forum (AIF) is the foremost platform for infrastructure players and thought leaders to discuss key issues such as the future state of infrastructure, sustainable financing, technological innovation and collaboration.
AIF is co-organised by Infrastructure Asia, Ministry of Finance of Singapore, Enterprise Singapore and Monetary Authority of Singapore, with World Bank Group as Strategic Partner.
We are delighted that Messe Muenchen has selected Singapore to host EXPO REAL Asia Pacific 2026, their flagship real estate and infrastructure investment show outside Germany. Co-locating this new show with the established World Cities Summit exemplifies Singapore’s role as a catalyst for fostering vital connections and business growth. Our strategic location at the heart of Asia, coupled with a stellar track record of quality business events provides the ideal foundation for EXPO REAL Asia Pacific, and I wish Messe Muenchen every success.
