The EXPO REAL Asia Pacific team would like to thank all exhibitors, participants, speakers and partners who have been supporting this event. This clearly demonstrates the interest and need for such an event in this Asia Pacific region. 

The global uncertainties caused by the recent conflicts in the Middle East have affected the overall investment climate and business travel activities. Messe Munich is aligned with the real estate and investment market and will only hold an EXPO REAL event if we are confident that market conditions will deliver what is expected. The current market conditions and the uncertainty surrounding business travel now prevents us from fulfilling this brand value. In light of this, we would like to offer our customers an event that meets the requirements of EXPO REAL at a later date. We will continue to observe and monitor the market and introduce EXPO REAL Asia Pacific at the best time for the industry in Asia Pacific.  

Please note that this withdrawal of APAC fair has no bearing on EXPO REAL which will continue to take place from 5-7 October 2026 in Munich.
