Since it’s inception in 1998, EXPO REAL is Europe’s largest international trade fair for property and investment and in light of the promising economic development in Vietnam, Messe Muenchen International Asia has announced a collaboration with MARA Co Ltd to showcase Vietnam’s promising real estate developments and projects at EXPO REAL Asia Pacific in Singapore.
Industry veteran Shanmuga Retnam, Partner of MARA has been appointed Vietnam’s Country Advisor tasked to identify investible real estate and infrastructure projects in Vietnam that are ready for investment and collaboration. Exhibiting at EXPO REAL Asia Pacific enables developers and local provincial governments to tap into this powerful platform to attract investment and it is the one trade fair to unify cities and economic regions, developers, investors, financers and service providers from Asia Pacific.
The organiser will form strategic partnerships with both local provincial governments and leading industry bodies specifically Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association and Vietnam Urban Planning & Development Association, to allow Vietnam businesses to unlock market potential and accelerate business and investments in an effective environment, connecting relevant decision makers, projects and markets for regional impact.

In January this year, the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) of Thailand became the first Founding Partner of EXPO REAL Asia Pacific 2026. The Eastern Economic Corridor, a flagship economic development zone in Thailand, is renowned for its strategic initiatives aimed at transforming the region into a leading economic hub.
EXPO REAL Asia Pacific will be held from 15-17 June 2026 at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre co-located with World Cities Summit, the most important global urban event organised by Centre of Liveable Cities (CLC) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) under the Ministry of National Development, Singapore.
